The Company advises that the conditions precedent to entry into the proposed Earn-In and Joint Venture Agreement under the Term Sheet were not satisfied by the required date. Written notice has been received terminating the Term Sheet, which isaccordingly at an end. The Company has no ongoing rights or obligations in respect of the proposed transaction.
